Peru 1821 - 2010: Complete the process of independence

1821 marks the birth of Peru as a republic, since all 28 of July is celebrated this date, known as the date on which Peru swore their independence.
However

These characteristics have lasted until today and have deepened further in the efforts of the state by Fujimori, Toledo and Garcia Perez, who have risen to its highest state corruption and its institutions and its appeasement and submission to major imperialist powers and the implementation of the neoliberal model.
The neoliberal policies imposed by the imperialist powers and used by these rulers, they have done nothing but deepen the misery and destruction of productive forces in Peru, thereby accentuating its character primary exporting country.
Product of neoliberal policies, has increased political and economic centralism in our country for the benefit of a handful of corrupt politicians, our nation remains an unfulfilled promise
and integration of the country remains a task force as well as internal development and construction of a national market.
In this box, democracy is more formal than real, where the exclusion of people indigenous and popular a term is hurtful to our country's strategic sectors such as mining, oil, gas, banking, finance, services, businesses, ports and airports are in the hands of foreign companies, leading a process of denationalization and privatization of the economy, the Peruvian countryside is not immune to this logic, we now have neo-large estates concentrated in the hands of one individual tracts of land even more important than the time focused on their farms as Gildemeister. The Amazon does not escape this logic of neoliberalism, being almost entirely been divided, thus pushing thousands of indigenous and peasant poverty and the exodus, the defense of those Amazonian territories meant the bloody confrontation of June 5, 2009, where more than 30 dead and an unspecified number until today wounded and missing.
It becomes necessary then, in these days when the rotten caste is preparing to celebrate an independence that has not been fulfilled, and to reflect on the future of our country and address the tasks that this forces us to realize the true independence, which passes through the foundation of the Republic on the basis of a new constitution that reflects and reflecting the aspirations of our people who enroll in a national project, a national project viable, modern and inclusive to recognize the ethnic and cultural identity, laying the groundwork for an independent, sovereign and dignified, educated and free with social inclusion, working by a unitary, democratic, social, secular, multinational, multicultural, manager, regulator and promoter, truly democratic and deeply patriotic, which reflects a broad social base, supported by the broadest unity of conscious and organized people.
